Is the PAC 3 hat file susposed to be a text file?

Are you talking about pac4 or pac3? When I use pac4 I use dropbox, you can probably do the same with pac3 if you’re just uploading.

Yeah you should use dropbox. I’m not sure how you’d give it over to Harry however.

On the post harry made he said as long as you can put it on any hosting website as long as it is downloadable.
