Add a new rank, the slapper. You get the rank by reaching level 200 and all it does is give you access to the !slap command!

I’m just having a hard time understanding what use this would be for besides abusing. This would only be fun for the people slapping, not for the people getting slapped during normal rounds and having their rounds ruined.
