i mean the hat and glasses, ideally i assume mods would prefer for all cosmetics in hmod to be using css/ gmod/ hl2 and to have a sense of creativity, not just a port of a cosmetic from a different game and then make said game required, and most people that dont already have tf installed are gonna get a gorrilion gb game for hats.

I will say that whenever we run hat competitions, we do exclude TF2 props. So if you submit hats during the next contest (whenever that is), make sure to follow that.
