Personally I know a lot about YoungMinds and as someone who’s gone through a lot of mental bs over the years, that one relates to me most. I’ve also lost people to cancer b4 so Cancer Research UK again links quite closely to what I know. I’m sure the other one probably does a lot of good work but I know nothing about it and I’d rather give in a more heartfelt fashion if you get where I’m coming from.
